I’m just quoting on this property in Christchurch, the owner wasn’t present when I visited, but it looks like they’ve just clears the ivy from it. The paint is a mess, but there is only a small bit of facing board rotten. We’ll quote for double glazing which includes new sashes, and a real good strip back to bare wood and repaint on the external.
